Greatest value for a beautiful panoramic view in Kihei, just across the road from beaches Positive: The fairly reasonable price for this condo's fantastic panoramic ocean view and easy walk across the road to the popular Kamaole I, II & III beaches made it our top pick for pricey Maui. Spacious with many amenities, it is not your usual bare bones rental, but rather a place that the owner and their family manage and use themselves, so it is generously stocked accordingly. This just adds to the value of this rental as you don't have to spend more $$$ having to buy supplies at high island prices that you'll end up only using a few or little of (dishwashing tabs, laundry pods, cooking oil & spices, etc). The many kitchen utensils were new or in great condition, which is also a rarity in condo rentals. We enjoyed the provided beach chairs and umbrellas and utilized them daily on our trips to the beach. We also appreciated not being nickel and dimed, as parking was included and we always found a parking space daily. Negative: The one air conditioner for the entire condo was situated outside and was incredibly loud (needs insulation?) and you could not enjoy the balcony with the deafening echo of the old unit. So shutting the a/c off the entire week turned out to be the best decision as the trade winds through the open windows/glass doors and ceiling fans did a much more efficient job of cooling off the condo. It was nice to listen to the ocean waves at night and any traffic noise was South Kihei road faded into the background. The only bothersome noise was the screeching from kids playing in the pools or inconsiderate neighbors talking loudly on their phones on in their balconies. But majority of the neighbors were considerate and that made sitting on the balcony and gazing at the stunning view a lovely experience. It was odd that there was no dining room table & chairs inside the condo, but fortunately we did not get rain the whole week, so we were able to eat out on the lanai balcony dining table for our meals while enjoying absolutely stunning Kihei sunsets each evening and beautiful pastel skies in the mornings.

Wast way to welcome the day and to enjoy. cooking in a well equipped kitchen.! Positive: The view, the openness and lightness, the lanai, the cleanliness. Negative: Probs LY the going rate but wish the cost could have been a little lower.

Positive: I like everything about this condo. Beginning with the host. Communicative, extremley responsive, very kind and did he absolute best to ensure we didn't need anything. The conso was spotless, everything you need is already there (other than food). The beach is right across the street. Grocery stores, stores, gas stations, eateries within walking distance a short drive away. I will definetly stay here again. Perfect size for two to three people depending on the dynamic of the group. Negative: Leaving, I didn't like leaving.

Great experience! Positive: It was a great ocean view and got a beautiful wave sounds.And it is very comfortable to access a nice restaurant and ABC store.

We enjoyed out stay and would stay again. The host was helpful and responsive to all our questions. Positive: The location was perfect for all the activities that we enjoyed during our stay in Maui. The condo was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, dishes, and appliances that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. Negative: The only thing we were missing was a dining room table in the condo. There is a patio table on the lanai. We prepared most of our meals "at home" and would have liked to eat indoors, especially in the evening.
