Both the bedroom and bathroom are clean and stocked with essentials for your stay. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the breathtaking ocean views—an unforgettable sight that will make your Waikiki getaway truly special. Just a short 3 min walk to Waikiki beach and within the building, you’ll find a rooftop swimming pool, hot tub and sauna along with a gorgeous view overlooking the Waikiki skyline. Check-in is a breeze with 24/7 front desk check-in services. The entrance door is equipped smartlock pin. The parking structure is attached to the building with direct access to guest rooms. Parking fee is paid on the 2nd level of the parking structure. Current parking rate is $45/day subject to change. The apartment is on 22 floor with the beautiful ocean view. The terrace is big, it has small dining table for 4, as well as 2 lounge chairs. The location is good, two blocks from the beach and around 6 minutes walking to the nicer beach area. The apartment itself is a little bit outdated, but it didn't affect the stay. Kitchen has everything for the light breakfast preparation. Having the cart with beach gear like umbrella and chairs is a huge plus.

What a view! The place is perfect. With the 6 hr time difference, we wanted to take mid day naps to keep up and being at Andrew's place was like not having to leave the beach. It was always right there and always beautiful to start and end the day with right away. Very convenient to be able to walk down too and grab food, drinks, coffee, anything you can think of! And the beach is right there. Absolutely loved it

We’ve enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s place! Unit is located on the 22nd floor and provides amazing view of the ocean and the city. Just steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. It is not a huge place and is a bit older, but totally sufficient for two people, especially if you’re not spending a whole lot of time indoors. Kitchen has everything you need, towels and beach towels are provided. As well as beach chairs, umbrella and wagon which is a cool bonus. Communication from the host was fast and excellent. A slight downside is that windows and sliding doors are not very much noise proof, so a lot of the street noise and especially construction noise is heard inside. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

A positive experience all around. Andrew was very proactive and responsive with communication and the apartment was great - beautiful views, walkable to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants, clean with all the amenities you need to make you feel at home. The bed especially was super comfortable! As others have mentioned, there was still construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay which was quite loud from the balcony, even over the weekend - didn’t take away from our experience, but FYI if staying at a similar time (it did look to be in final stages though). Overall, highly recommend and would happily stay again!
