Both the bedroom and bathroom are clean and stocked with essentials for your stay. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the breathtaking ocean views—an unforgettable sight that will make your Waikiki getaway truly special. Just a short 3 min walk to Waikiki beach and within the building, you’ll find a rooftop swimming pool, hot tub and sauna along with a gorgeous view overlooking the Waikiki skyline. Check-in is a breeze with 24/7 front desk check-in services. The entrance door is equipped smartlock pin. The parking structure is attached to the building with direct access to guest rooms. Parking fee is paid on the 2nd level of the parking structure. Current parking rate is $35/day subject to change. Other things to note Important Details to Note: - Checkin Time: 4PM - Checkout Time: 11AM - Not associated with the hotel; room service or housekeeping is not available. - Parking is self-parking. $35 daily rate paid by vending machine. A positive experience all around. Andrew was very proactive and responsive with communication and the apartment was great - beautiful views, walkable to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants, clean with all the amenities you need to make you feel at home. The bed especially was super comfortable! As others have mentioned, there was still construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay which was quite loud from the balcony, even over the weekend - didn’t take away from our experience, but FYI if staying at a similar time (it did look to be in final stages though). Overall, highly recommend and would happily stay again!

The place was fantastic to stay at. The location is very close to everything a person could need. It's only a block away from the beach. We were also surrounded by stores and restaurants. The room was very clean and had a nice patio where we spent most of our time while in the room. Andrew was a very respectful and highly responsive host. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is trying to get the full Hawaiian experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Andrew was very responsive to our questions. Through no fault of Andrew, there was construction going on the entire stay. Beeping and loud noises started EVERY day around 6:30am. Made it very annoying to stay at the apartment. Otherwise, it was great. Close to the beach. Parking was rough though, again, no reflection on Andrew. He was great.

Fantastic view, but that's what your paying for. wasn't happy about the construction noise in the suite directly below us. you couldn't stay in the suite during the day because the jackhammering noise was obnoxious. There were a few things with the suite that needed some work like the bad tile patching in and around the tub. overall, your not going to spend a bunch of time in the suite with the beach right there but we tried a couple times but had to leave because of the noise from below.
